Homecoming Policy
BB&J’s goal is to ensure that each customer is satisfied with their purchased product. I do not offer refunds for homecoming mums! If there is something missing, damaged, or if the customer is unsatisfied with the final look of the mum i will do my best to make corrections before the homecoming date. If time does not allow me to make corrections, additional measures will be taken on a case by case basis. Please understand that there is absolutely NO REFUNDS on any homecoming product. This includes: mums, garters, headbands, cutouts, flowers, spirit pins, boot mums, and wrist & finger mums. It is important for the customer to be very precise with spellings(names,& school) and to specify colors(emerald green or columbia blue) to avoid errors.

Custom Wooden & Floral Letters Policy

All lettering are custom made by order. It is important to be specific and order letters exactly as they are wanted. Be very specific in designs requests! If characters are desired on each letter, please let me know or I will freestyle. Since all orders are custom made, I WILL NOT offer a full refund. Partial refunds are not guaranteed and all requests will be handled on a case by case basis. Please understand my refund policy before purchase.

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange, or corrections of any kind!

Upon approval, returns will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and automatically applied to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be considered for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a same item exchange, send us an email at BBNJMUMS@GMAIL.COM for confirmation and return shipping instructions..

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser shipped the item to themselves to gift later, the refund will go to the original purchase method.

Shipping returns

To return your product, a mailing address will be provided after a return confirmation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and If you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping WILL NOT be included in the refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
